Application nled February 26, 1921. Serial No. 144,070. STATEMENT. To all whom it may concern: Be it known that GEO. R. ELDRIDGE Co., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, and located in the city of Detroit, county of VVayne, in the State of Michigan, and doing business at No. 2652-2656 18th street, in the city of Detroit, in the State of Michigan, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accom- panying drawing. The particular description of goods to which the said trade mark is appropriated is eggs and butter, in Class 46, Foods and in- gredients of foods. A The trade mark has been used continuously in the business of the applicant since April, 1920. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same by printing the same on cartons used in packing the goods for sale. ‘ GEO. R. ELDRIDGE CO., By GEORGE R. ELDRIDGE being duly sworn de- poses and says that he is the president of the corporation, the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he verily believes that the foregoing statement is true; that he be- lieves the said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered, that no other person, firm, corporation or asso- ciation to the best of his knowledge and be- lief has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that such trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States and that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade- mark sought to be registered and the speci- mens (or facsimiles) show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
