ACT OF MARCH 19, 1920. 147 ,219. Registered Oct. 4, 1921. Application filed April 2, 1921. Serial No. 145,627. ` STATEMENT. To all whom it may oomzern: _ _ Be it known that I, FAY B. HARRIS, a citi- zen of the United States, and _a resident of Elizabeth, in the county of Union and State of New Jersey, and located and doing busi- ness at Q08 Broad street, in said county and State, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for shoes of all leather and sport-shoes of leather and fiber construction for men, women, and children, in Class 39, Clothing. The trade mark has been continuously used in my business since February 11, 1920. The trade mark is applied or affixed to the goods by stamping the same directly upon the goods, or by attaching to the goods printed or woven labels on which the trade mark is shown. FAY B. HARRIS. HARRIS, being duly sworn deposes and says that he is applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes himself to be the owner of the trade mark sought to be registered; that no other per- son, firm, corporation or association to the best of his knowledge and belief has the right to use said trade mark in the United States of America on merchandise of the same descriptive properties as those recited in the foregoing statement; that said trade mark is used by applicant in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing pre- sented truly represent' the mark sought to be registered; that the specimens show the mark as actually used upon the goods; and that the mark has been in bona fide use for not less than one year in interstate commerce by the applicant or his predecessors.
