To all 'whom it may oofncem: Be it known that THE FREEFLOATING Por- Pnr VALVE COMPANY, a corporation duly or- ganized under the laws of the State of Utah, and located in the city of Salt Lake City, and doing business in said Salt Lake City, has adopted for its use the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for internal- combustion engines and parts thereof, in Class 23, Cutlery, machinery, and tools, and parts thereof. The trade mark has been used continuously in the business of said corporation since July 15, 1920. SHEPHERD, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the president of the corporation, the applicant named in the attached statement; that he believes said statement is true; that he believes said cor- poration is the owner of the trade mark sought to be registered; that no other per- son, firm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade mark, either in the identical form or in any such near resem- blance thereto as might be calculated to de- ceive; that said trade mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the draw- ing p-resented truly represents the mark sought to be registered; and that the speci- mens show the mark as actually used upon the goods.
