Be it known that INTERNATIONAL CORRE- SPONDENCE SCHOOLS, a corporation duly or- ganized under the laws of the State of Penn- sylvania, located and doing business in the city of Scranton, county of Lackawanna, State of Pennsylvania, and elsewhere, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for a periodical issued monthly, in Class No. 38, Prints and publications. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since March Sth, 1921. The trade-mark is applied or afEXed to the goods by printing same as a heading to the publication.
