To all whom it may concern: Be it known that OLD COLONY SHOE COM- PANY, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massa- chusetts, and located in the city of Brockton, county of Plymouth, in said State, and do- ing business at No. S4 E. Railroad Ave., in the city of Brockton, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for boots and shoes of leather and combinations of leather, fabric, and rubber, in Class No. 39, Clothing. The trademark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since December 21, 1920. » The trademark is applied or affixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trademark is shown. ISIDOR TARLOW, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the treasurer of the cor- poration, the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trademark sought to be registered; that no other per- son, iirm, corporation, or association to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trademark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto assmight be calculated to deceive; that said trademark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the iUnited States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trademark sought to be registered; and that the speci- mens show the trademark as actually used upon the goods.
