To aZZ 'whom it may coowerm Be it known that STEVENS YARN COMPANY, ING., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of New York, and located in the city of New York, borough of Man- hattan, in said State, and doing business at 1 Thomas' street, in the city of New York, State of New York, has adopted and used the trademark shown in the accompanying drawing, for thread and yarn, in Class 43, Thread and yarn. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since Feb- ruary 1, 1919. The trade-mark is applied to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by stamping same on some part of the goods or packages, or by attaching a printed tag or printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. STEVENS, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is president of the corpora- tion, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the ,foregoing statement is true; that he believes said cor- poration is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other per- son, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States (and between the United States and foreign nations, particularly of South Amer- ica, Europe, China and Japan) ; that the de- scription and drawing presented truly rep- resent the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered; and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used u on the goods.
