To all to hom it may concern: Be it known that we, BLUFFTON SLANV CUTTER Co., a Hrm domiciled in Bluffton, county of Allen, State of Ohio, doing busi- ness in said town, and composed of the fol- lowing members, JOHN FETT, SAM KIMMEL, and CLAIR FETT, citizens of the United States of America, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for slaw-cutters, in Class No. 23, Cutlery, machinery, and tools, and parts thereof. The trade-mark has been continuously used in our business since July 17, 1916. The trade-mark is applied or aiiixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown and by stamping the mark on the goods. State of Ohio, county of Allen, ss: CLAIR Farr, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is a member of the firm, the applicant named in the statement form- ing part of application Serial No. 144380, filed March 7, 1921; that he believes said statement is true; that he believes said firm is the owner of the mark sought to be regis- tered; that no other person, firm, corpora- tion, or association, to the best of his knowl- edge and belief, has the right to use said mark in the United States of America, on merchandise of the same descriptive proper- ties as those recited in said statement; that said mark is used by said firm in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the mark sought to be registered; that the specimens show the mark as actually used upon the goods; and that the mark has been in bona. flcle use for not less than one year in interstate or foreign commerce by the applicant or its predecessors in business.
