Be it known that DUQUESNE STEEL FOUN- DRY COBIPANY, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and located in Pittsburgh, Allegheny county, Pennsylvania, and doing business at Farm- ers Bank Building, Pittsburgh, Pennsylva- nia, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for ferrous metals, in Class No. 14, Metals and metal castings and forgings. ' The trademark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since October 28, 1920. ` The trademark is applied or aliixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same by rolling or casting the trade mark into the metal or by painting, stamping, or stenciling the trademark thereon. BAKEVVELL, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the president of the corporation, the applicant in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered; that. no other person, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trademark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trademark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trademark sought to be registered; and that the fac- similes show the trademark as actually used upon the goods.
