To all whom it may conce1'n.' Be it known that we, A. EHRENREICH & Cm, a firm domiciled at 190 Hansa Allée, in the city of Dusseldorf-Oberkassel, Germany, and composed of the following members, Dr. CARL HEIBIANN and Dr. PAUL DEIGH- MANN, citizens of Germany, and doing busi- ness at 190 Hausa-Allée, in said city of Dus- seldorf-Oberkassel, have adopted for our use the trade-mark shown in the accompany- ing drawing. The trade-mark has been continuously used in our business since November 1, 1919. The class of merchandise to which the trade-mark is appropriated is Class 26, Measuring and scientific appliances, and the particular description of goods com- prised in said class upon which said trade- mark is used is time-stamps. The trademark is usually displayed on the packages containing the goods, by plac- ing thereon a printed label on which the mark is shown. ~ A. EHRENREICH & CIE., By DR. JUR. EHRENREICH & Cin. of Dusseldorf- Oberkassel the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement is true; that he believes the said firm to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other per- son, iirm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief has the right to use said trademark, either in the identical form or in any such near resem- blance thereto as might be calculated to de- ceive; that said trademark has been regis- tered in the German Republic under No. 240686 on January 14, 1920; that the de- scription and drawing presented truly rep- resent the trademark sought to be regis- tered; and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
