A., a corporation organized under the laws of Switzerland, and located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzer- land, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for watches and their parts, in Class No. 27, Horological instruments. - The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of the applicant and in that of their predecessor since March 8th, 1900. The trademark is applied or fixed to the goods by being printed on the dials of the watches; or engraved on the movement or printed on the containers of the goods.
