To all whom it may concewu' p Be ~it known that NATIONAL HAIR Goons Co., a corporation duly organized and exist- ing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Illinois, and located in the city of Chicago, county of Cook, and State of Illi- nois, and doing business at 218 South Wa- bash avenue, in said city of Chicago, Illinois, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, consisting of the words “National Bob,” for wigs, in Class 40, Fancy goods, furnishings, and notions. The trade mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since No- vember 21st, 1919, and the said corporation is the owner of Trade-Mark No. 105023, regis- tered June 29, 1915. The trade mark is aiiixed to the goods by inclosing in the packages containing the goodsa printed label upon which the trade mark is shown.
