MANUFAC- TURING COBIPANY, a iirm domiciled in Chi- cago, county of Cook, and State of Illinois, doing business at 337 "West Madison street, in said city, and composed of the following members, Lnwrs A. URBAN and OSCAR C. IQECKLEY, citizens of the United States of America, have adopted and used the trade- mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for water-gages, water-columns, gage-glass shields, gage-glass protectors, safety water- gages, and gage-glass illuminators, in Class No. 26, Measuring and scientific appliances. The trade-mark has been continuously used in our business and in the business of our predecessors, since October, 1919. URBAN, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is a member of the firm, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said firm is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be reg- istered; that no other person, firm, corpora- tion, or association, to the best of his knowl- edge and belief, has the riofht to use said trade-mark in the United Sjtates, either in the identical form or in any such near re- semblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said iirm in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actu- ally used upon the goods.
