To all 'whom it may concewvn' Be it known that THE TERRELL MACHINE CODIPANY, a corporation duly organized un- der the laws of the State of North Carolina and located in the city of Charlotte, county of Mecklenburg, State of North Carolina, and doing business at No. 1200 North Church street, in said city, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for bobbin-cleaning machines, in Class 23, Cutlery, machinery, and tools, and parts thereof. 7 The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since March 17th, 1921. The trade-mark is applied or aftixed to the goods by means of plates on which the trade- mark is shown. - THE TERRELL MACHINE COMPANY, By E. A. Tl-ZRRELL, President. - A TERMACO ~ DECLARATION. State of North Carolina, county of Mecklen- burg, ss: _ EDGAR A. TERRELL, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is the president of the corporation, the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calcu- lated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly rep- resent the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered; and that the specimens show the trademark as actually used upon the goods.
