Y To aZZ whom fit may concefm : Be it known that TVARNEKE & HAY Co., INC, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, and having an otlice for the transaction of business at 162 “Test 34th street, in the borough of Man- hattan, city and State of New York, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for articles of jewelry-namely, wedding-rings and en- gagement~rings-in Class No. 28, Jewelry and precious-metal ware. ,The trade-mark has been continuously used in our business since September 17th, 1919.
