Application filed March 26, 1921. Serial No. 145,298. STATEMENT. To all whom it may concern-: Be it known that the WELSBACH COMPANY, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of New Jersey, located at Gloucester, in the county of Cam- den and State of New Jersey, and doing business at Gloucester, New Jersey, has adopted for its use the trade-mark shown on the accompanying drawings, for pyrophoric igniting devices, in Class 34, Heating, light- ing, and ventilating apparatus, not includ- ing electrical apparatus. This trademark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since March S, 1921. The trademark is usually displayed on la- bels applied to the packages containing the gas igniting devices, or by stamping, stencil- ing, or otherwise affixing the trademark upon said packages. State of New Jersey, county of Camden, ss: SIDNEY MASON, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the president of the WVELS- BAGH COBIPANY, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trademark either in iden- tical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trademark is used by said corpora- tion in commerce among the several States of the United States, and more particularly between the States of New Jersey and New York; that the drawing presented truly rep- resents the trademark sought to be regis- tered, and the specimens show the trademark as actually used upon the goods. , SIDNEY MASON.
