KENYON, a citizen of the United States, residing at Minneapolis,`county of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, and doing business at 2608 Ni- collet avenue, in said city and State," under the name of KONDON MANUFACTURING CoM- PANY, have adopted and used the trade- mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for catarrhal jelly, in Class 6, Chemicals, medicines, and pharmaceutical preparations. The trade-mark has been continuously used by me and J. J. Reardon as partners in busi- ness, and by me alone, since about the iirst of J anuary, 1892. KENYON, being duly sworn, deposes and says: that he is the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the said statement is true; that he believes himself to be the owner of the mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said mark in the United States of America, on merchandise of the same de- scriptive properties as those recited in said statement; that said mark is used by appli- cant in commerce amon the several States of the United States; iat the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; that the specimens filed with said application show the mark as actually used upon the goods, and that the mark has been in bomz #ole use for not less than one year in interstate or foreign commerce by the applicant, THOMAS N.
