To all 'whom it may conceww Be it known that THE PROCTER AND GAM- BLE COMPANY, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, and located in the city of Cincinnati, in the county of Hamilton and State Of Ohio, whose principal office is located in the Gwynne Building, northeast corner of Sixth and Main streets, Cincinnati, Ohio, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for Oleomar- garin, in Class NO. 46, Foods and ingre- dients of foods. » The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since January 27th, 1921. The trade-mark is applied by imprinting the mark on the cartons containing the goods, or by placing on the cartons a print- ed label on which the trade-mark is shown. FRENCH, being` duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the vice president of the corporation, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he be- lieves said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, Or associa- tion, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form Or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States 'Of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade- mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
