To all whom it may concern: Be it known that the WORCESTER OFFICE SUPPLIES COMPANY, INCORPORATED, -a cor- poration duly created and existing under the laws of the State of Massachusetts, lo- cated and doing business at No. 25 Foster street, Worcester, Mass., has adopted for its use the trade-mark shown in the accompa- nying drawing,_ for hand-stamps, particu- larl hand, rubber, or type stamps, in Class 37, Taper and stationery. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since about January, 1921. f ' The trade-mark is applied or ailixed to thegoods, or to the packages containing the same, by imprints or stencils on the articles. KNIGHT, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the clerk of the WORCESTER OFFICE SUPPLIES COMPANY, IN- CORPORATED, the applicant named in the fore- going statement, that he verily believes that said statement is true, that he believes that said corporation is the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered, that no other person, iirm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark, either in the identical form or in any such near re- semblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation incommerce among the several States of the United States, that the drawing presented truly represents the trade-mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens or facsimiles presented show the trade~mark as actually used upon the goods.
