To aZZ whom it may 00n.ce1“'n.: Be it known that THD SANFORD MOTOR TRUCK COMPANY, a corporation duly organ- ized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New York, and located in the city of Syracuse, county of Onondaga, and State of New York, and doing business at the corner of VVest Fayette street and St. Marks avenue, in the said city of Syracuse, New York, has adopted and used the trade- mark shown in the accompanying drawings, for motor-trucks, in Class 19, Vehicles, not including engines. The trademark consists of the word “San- ford.” ` The trademark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since J une, 1910. The trademark is applied or affixed to the trucks by placing thereon the word “San- ford” cut from a piece of metal as shown. THE SANFORD MOTOR TRUCK COMPANY, By EDWARD A. KINGSBURY, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the secretary and general manager of the SANFORD MOTOR TRUCK COMPANY, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes that the foregoing statement is true; that he be- lieves said company to be the owner of the trademark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation or associa- tion, to the best of his knowledge and be- lief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance there- to as might be calculated to deceive ; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade- ~mark sought to be registered, and that the specimens show theotrademark as actually used upon the goods.
