Application filed April 1, 1920. Serial No. 130,467. STATEMENT. To wZZ /whom it may concern : Be it known that I, JOHN F. DRAUGHON, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Nashville, in the county of Davidson and State of Tennessee, and doing business at No. 124 Sth Ave. N., in said city, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for printed books, in Class No. 38, Prints and publications, no claim being made to any exclusive right to the use of the words “Ao- credited Business Courses” aside from the mark shown. This trade-mark has been used continuously in my business since December 20, 1919. The trade-mark is applied to the goods by placing upon the first inside page of the cover of the books a printed label upon which the trade-mark appears. DRAUGHON, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes himself to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or associa- tion, to the best of his knowledge and be- lief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States of America either in the identical form or in any such near re- semblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by him in commerce among the several States of the United States of America; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered, and that the specimens show the mark as actually used upon the goods.
