To all whom it may concern' Be it known that FLEXLUME SIGN COM- PANY, a corporation duly organized *under the laws of the State of New York, and lo- cated and doing business in the city of Buf- falo, county of Erie, in said State, has adopt- ed and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for electrically- illuminated signs, in Class 21, Electrical ap- paratus, machines, and supplies. ' The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since March 1912. The trade-mark is applied or aiiixed to the goods by attaching a printed or litho- graphed label or card bearing the trade- mark to the crates, boxes or other recep- tacles in which the goods are put up for shipment. WVILEY, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the president of the cor- poration, the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other per- son, lirm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade- mark is used by said corporation in com- merce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade- mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
