' To all 'whom it may concern: Be it known that IMPERIAL BRUSH COM- PANY, ING., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, and located in the city, county, and State of New York, and doing business at No. 1328 Broadway, New York city, New York, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for tooth-brushes and nail-brushes, in Class 29, Brooms, brushes, and dusters. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since January 5, 1920. The trade-mark is applied to the goods in any suitable manner, as by affixing there- to a label bearing the mark, or is applied or aflixed to the packages containing the goods by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown, or is printed directly upon the goods. WINOKLER, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that -he is president of the corporation, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade- mark is used by said corporation in com- merce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly 'represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; and that the speci- mens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods. e _ GEO.
