To all whom it may concern: Be it known that PHENIX CHEESE Co., a corporation duly organized and now existing under the laws of New York State, and lo- cated in the city of New York, borough of Manhattan, in the county of New York and State of New York, and doing business at No. 345 Greenwich street, in said city, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for milk-sugar, in Class No. 46, Foods and ingredients of foods. The trade mark has been continuously used in the business of the said corporation since Nov. lst, 1920. ` The trade mark is applied or atlixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by placing ‘thereon a stenciling on which the trade mark is shown.
