To all whom it may concern : Be it known that the AMERICAN LADY' CbRsET COMPANY, at corporation duly or- ganized under the laws of the Sltate of Michigan, and located in the city of Detroit, county of `Wayne, in said State, and doing business at No. 1060 West Fort street, in the city of Detroit, State of Michigan, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for corsets and brassieres, in Class No. 39, Clothing. _ The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since January 2nd, 1921. The tradeqnark is applied or aiiixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. PLY-O-T()P State of Michigan, county of Vllayne, ss: JOSEPH SIEGEL, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the secretary of the cor- poration, the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States and between the United States and China, Japan, Guatemala, South Africa, Norway, Porto Rico and Salvador; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
