To all-whom, it may concern: Be it known that THE CELLULQID CoM- PANY, xa corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, located and doing business at No. 30 WVashington Place, in the city of New York, county of New York, State of New York, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the ac- companying drawing-the word “Amber- leur ”-for toothbrushes, hair-brushes, mili- tary brushes, cloth-brushes, whisk-brooms, lather-brushes, paint-brushes, hat-brushes, nail-brushes, flesh-brushes, in Class No. 29, Brooms, brushes, and dusters. _ The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since January 5, 1918. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by means of a label on which the trade-mark is shown. Q 3 THE CELLULOID COMPANY, By DUFF G. CLARK, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is the vice pres. of the corporation the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; and that the fac- similes show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
