To all whom it may o'ouce1'n..‘ Be it known that we, ZEITEL & ZUCKER- BRAUN, a iirm domiciled in the city of New York, county of New York, State of New York, and doing business at No. 32 Allen street, in said city, and composed of the following members, HARRY Znrrnr. and ISAAC ZUGKERBRAUN, citizens of the United States of America, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing. The particular description of goods to which said trademark is appropriated is pf, . ,. hoisery for men, women, and children, in Class 39, Clothing. The trademark has been used continuously in the business of the applicant since Febru- ary 2, 1921. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same by placing thereon printed labels upon which the trade-mark isshown. HARRY ZEITEL being duly sworn deposes and says that he is a member of the firm, the applicant named in the foregoing state- ment; that he verily believes that the fore- going statement is true; that he believes the said firm is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered, that no other per- son, iirm, corporation or association to the best of his knowledge and belief has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in such near resemblance thereto as might be calcu- lated to deceive; that such trade-mark is used by the applicant in commerce among the several States of the United States and that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered and the specimens (or facsimiles) show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
