Registered Nov. 22, 1921. _ Application filed February 26, 1921. Serial No. 144,067. ' STATEMENT. To all whom it may oofncern: _ Be it known that Cerro CHEMICAL Co., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Indiana, and located in the city of Kokomo, county of Howard, in the State of Indiana, and doing business on Dixon Road, in the city of Kokomo, in the State of Indiana, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing. The particular description of goods to which said trade mark is appropriated is sulfate of alumina, in Class 6, Chemicals, medicines, and pharmaceutical preparations. The tradge mark has been used continuously in the business of applicant since October 13, 1920. J osnrrr EDWARD CooKsoN being duly sworn deposes and says that he is the. treasurer of the corporation, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he verily believes that the foregoing statement is true; that he believes the said corpora- tion is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered, that no other person, firm, corporation or association to the best of his knowledge and belief has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in such near resem- blance thereto as might be calculated to de- ceive; that such trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States and that the description “and drawing presented truly! represent the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered and the specimens (or facsimiles) show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
