Be it known that the PE-Do-Lo CHEMI- CAL COMPANY, a firm domiciled in the city of Wilson, county of Wilson, and State of North Carolina, doing business at \Vilson, North Carolina, and composed of the fol- lowing members, JESSE E. TURLINGTON and AURELIUS R. MOORE, citizens of the United States, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, (no claim being made to the words “Foot Lo- tion,”) for a foot-lotion, in Class No. 6, Chemicals, medicines, and pharmaceutical preparations. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said firm since August, 1920.
