To all whom it may conceamn' Be it known that I, MAURICE Roussrn, a citizen of France, located and doing business at 16 Quai de la Mégisserie, Paris, France, and a resident of Paris, France, have adopt- ed for my use the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing. The trade mark has been continuously used in the United States of America in my busi- ness since March 16th, 1910. The particular description of goods to which the trade mark is appropriated is perfumes, toilet waters, face lotions, beauty cream, face powder, brilliantine, comprised in Class 6, Chemicals, medicines, and phar- maceutical preparations. V The trade mark is usually displayed by printing same on labels which are attached to packages containing the goods.
