Be it known that THE Dii LEON BANDEAU Co., a corporation organized and existing under the lawsof the State of Missouri, hav- ing a regular and established place of busi- ness at 321 North Fourteenth street and 2115 Locust street, St. Louis, Missouri, has adopted the trade-mark shown in the ac- companying drawing, for hat-bandeaux, Class No. 40, Fancy goods, furnishings, and notions. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation and the lirm of the Dé Leon Bandeau Co., its prede- cessor from whom it derived title, since about the first day of September, 1914. Isnnorcn COHEN, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the president of the cor- poration, the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement is true; that he believes the said corporation to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no otherperson, firm, corporation, or associa- tion, to the best of his knowledge and be- lief, has the right to use said mark in the United States of America, on merchandise of the same descriptive properties as those recited in the foregoing statement; that said mark is used by said corporation in com- merce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the mark sought to be registered; that the specimens show the mark as actually used upon the goods; and that the mark has been in bam yide use for no_t less than one year in inter- state commerce by the applicant.
