Registered Nov. 29, 1921. Application filed June 28, 1920. Serial No. 134,291. _ STATEMENT. To all whom it may concern : Be it known that I, MARCUS P. ANDREWS, a citizen of the United States, residing at Richmond, in the county of Henrico and State of Virginia, and doing business at Presbyterian Building, 7th street, in said city, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for brooms, in Class 29, Brooms, brushes, and dusters, and the particular description of goods comprising such class on which my trade-mark is used is brooms specifically adapted for applying stucco. The tra de mark has. been continuously used by the undersigned since on or about J une 3d, 1920. The trade mark is applied to the brooms or boxes containing the same by printing the same thereon by means of a rubber stamp, stenciling the same on the brushes and by means of small labels containing the mark which are pasted on the goods and boxes containing the goods. ANDREWVS, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes himself to be the owner of the trade mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or associa- tion, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade mark is used by him in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade mark sought to be registered; and that the speci- mens Show the trade mark as actually used upon the goods.
