Serial No. 147,671. r STATEMENT. , T 0 all whom it may oo'/lcem.° Be it known that LINCOLN CHEMICAL COMPANY, a corporation duly organized un- der the laws of the State of Minnesota, and located in the city of Minneapolis, county of Hennepin, in said State, and doing business at No. 219 Second street north, in the city of Minneapolis, Minnesota, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accom- panying drawing, for cleaning and polishing liquids for varnished or enameled surfaces, The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since the 15th day of October, 1920. The trade-mark is applied or aflixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. May 10, 1921. KISCHEL, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is the secretary and treasurer of the corporation, the applicant named inthe foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or asso- eiation, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance there- to as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade~mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description _ and drawing presented truly represent the trade- mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
