To all w lzlom. it may c°oncef/'ni : Be it known that I, CI-IRETIEN LOEGLER, a citizen of the Republic of France, residing at Clifton, in the county of Passaic and State of New Jersey, and doing business at said place, have adopted and used the trade- mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for woven fabrics in the piece-namely, taf- feta, crepes, chiffon, marquisette, crepe de chine, shirting, organdie, voile, crepe chif- fon-in Class No. 42, Knitted, netted, and textile fabrics. The trade-mark has been continuously used by me in my business since about April 19, 1920. - The trade mark is usually applied or af- fixed to the goods by printing or stamping the same upon packages containing the goods or labels attached thereto. State of New York, county of New York, ss: CHRLETIEN LOEGLER, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he is a citizen of the Republic of France and a resident of Clifton, Passaic county, New Jersey; that he believes the foregoing state- ment is true; that he believes that he is the owner of the trade mark sought to be reg- istered; that no other person, iirm, corpora- tion, or association, to the best of his knowl- edge and belief, has the right to use said trade mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in such near resem- blance thereto as might be calculated to de- ceive; that the said trade mark is used by him in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trade mark as actu- ally used upon the goods.
