To all 'whom it may concerm Be it known that GEORGE BORGFELDT & Oo., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New Jersey, located and doing business at 16th street and Irving Place, in the borough of Man- hattan, city and State of New York, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for textile rugs, in Class 42, Knitted, netted, and textile fab- rics. - _ The trade mark h‘as been continuously used in the business of said corporation, since May 20, 1921. _ The trade mark is applied or affixed to the goods by being printed or otherwise pro- duced upon labels attached to the goods. PFEIFFER, being duly sworn, de- poses and says, thatihe is the assistant-trees urer of GEORGE BORGFELDT & Co., the appli- cant named in thefciregoing statement; that he verily believescthat the the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said cor- poration to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that not other per- son, firm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that the trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the Union, and par- ticularly between the States of New York and Illinois; that the description, drawing and specimens presented for record truly represent the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered; and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
