To all whom it may concerm Be it known that GENERAL UTILITY CoM- PANY, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, and located in the city of Philadelphia, county of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, and doing business at Nos. 1326-1330 Ogden street, in the city of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for piston-rings, in Class 35, Belt- ing, hose, machinery packing, and non- metallic tires. The trade-markhas been continuously used in the business of said corporation since May, 1919. The trade-mark is applied or aflixed to the goods, or tothe packages or receptacles containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label upon which the trade-mark is shown, or by stamping said mark directly upon the goods. CARRIER, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the vice presi- dent of the GENERAL_ UTILITY COMPANY, the applicant named in the foregoing state- ment; that he believes the foregoing state- ment to be true; that he believes said cor- poration to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other per- son, firm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance theretoeas might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce be- tween the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered, and that the fac- similes show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods. ` CARL F.
