Be it known that I, MARIE MARTHE Rr- OHARD Vvn, GRENOVILLE, a citizen of France, residing at Paris, F`rance, and doing business as PARFUFIERIE GRENOVILLE, at 110 Avenue Péreire, Asnieres, France, have adopted for my use the trade-mark shown in the accom- panying drawing. The trade mark has been continuously used in my business since 1910, with and in the United States. - The particular description of goods to which the trade mark is appropriated is per- fumes, toilet water, brilliantine, face- powder, and face-lotion, comprised in Class 6, Chemicals, medicines, and pharmaceutical preparations. United States consulate general, city of Paris, Republic of France, ss: MARIE MARTHE RICHARD-GRENOVILLE, be- ing duly sworn, deposes and says that she is the applicant named in the foregoing state- ment; that she believes that the foregoing statement is true; that she believes herself to be the owner of the trade mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, cor- poration or association, to the best of her knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade mark in the United States, either in the identical form, or in any such near re- semblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade mark has been reg- istered in France on May 26, 1920, No. 192/717; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade mark sought to be registered; and that the speci- mens show the trade mark as actually used upon the goods.
