Serial No. 137,031. STATEMENT. ‘ To all whom it may concern' Be it known that I, JOHN WM. HENDER- sON, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Charleston, county of Kanawha, State of West Virginia, and do- ing business under the name of QURET SALVE CO. at 107 Roane St., in said city, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for a “salve” for cuts, boils, abscesses, carbuncles, sores, and infection, in Class No. 6, Chemicals, medi- cines, and pharmaceutical preparations. The trade-mark has been continuously used in my business since November 15, 1919. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the jars or boxes containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade- mark is shown. JOHN WM. HENDERSON. HENDERSON, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement to be true; that he believes himself to be the owner of the' trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or associa- tion, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by him in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark to _be registered; and that the facsimiles show the trade-mark as actually used.
