Application iled February 21, 1920. Serial No. 128,732 y STATEMENT. To all whom it may concern: Be it known that EDWIN A. JACKSON & BRO. TNC., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of New York, and located in the city and county of New York, and doing business at No. 50 Beek- man street, in the borough of Manhattan, city and State of New York, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown on the ac- companying drawing, for built-in garbage- receivers consisting of a compartment or closet made of tin or other metal built into the wall of a building, in Class 12, Con- struction materials. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since January 15th, 1919. The trade-mark is applied or aflixed to the goods or the packages containing the same by placing thereon a label on which the trade-mark is shown. _ _ EDWIN A. JACKSON & BRO. State of New York, county of New York, city of New York, ss. : WILL WALTER J AoKsoN, being duly sworn deposes and says: that he is the president of the corporation, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firms, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge or belief has the right to use said trademark in the United States either in the identical form or in such near resemblance thereof as might be calcu- lated to deceive. 1 That said trade-mark is used by the said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the de- scription and drawing presented truly rep- resent the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered, and that the specimens show the trade- mark as actually used on the goods.
