To all whom it may concern.: Be it known that THE LITTLE WITCH SHOE Co., a corporation duly organized un- der the laws of Massachusetts, and located in the city of Salem, county of Essex, in said State, and doing business at No. 14:4 Washington street, in said city, has adopted for its use the trade-markshown in the ac- companying drawing, for infants’ and chi1dren’s boots and shoes made wholly or in part of leather and cloth, in Class No. 39, Clothing. . _The trademark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since April 3rd, 1919. f The trademarkpis applied or affixed to the goods or packages containing the same by displaying it on the carton labels at- tached to the boxes containing the shoes and also stamped on the sole of the shoes. Coornn, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the president of the corporation, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he be- lieves said corporation is the owner of the trademark sought to be registered; that no other person; Hrm, corporation, or associa- tion, to the best of his knowledge and belief has the right to use said trade- mark in the United States of America, on merchandise of the same descriptive properties as those recited in the foregoing statement; that said mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the de- scription and drawing presented truly rep- resent the trademark sought to be regis- tered; and that the specimens show the mark as actually used upon the goods.
