To all 'whom it may conoeww - Be it known that MACUNGIE SILK COM- PANY, a corporation created under and ex- isting by virtue of the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and having its principal place of business at Locus and Spring streets, city of Macungie, county of Lehigh, and State of Pennsylvania, has heretofore adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompa- nying drawing, for blanket-bindings and tapes, in Class 40, Fancy goods, furnishings, and notions. The trade-mark has been continuously used in its business since June, 1918. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods by means of labels bearing this trade mark or by printing or impressing the same directly on the goods and in divers other ways. GEORGE BYRON KLEPPINGER, being duly sworn, deposes and says he is president of MAOUNGIE SILK COMPANY, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes that the foregoing statement is true; that he believes the said corporation to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, cor- poration or association, to the best of his knowledge or belief, has a right to use said trade-mark, either in the identical form, or in any such near resemblance thereto as Renewed December 6, l9)_il to might be calculated to deceive; that the said trade-mark is used by the applicant in com- merce among the several States of the United States; that the drawing presented truly represents the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered and that the specimens show the trade- mark as actually used upon the goods.
