A Registered Dec. 6, 1921. Application nled April 23, 1921. Serial No. 146,61-18. ' STATEMENT. To all whom 7:25 may conce1'n: Be it known that THE PURITAN DRUG Mrs.. Co., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, and located in the city of Columbus, county of Franklin, in said State, and doing business at Third and Rich streets, in the city of Columbus, State of Ohio, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for a petroleum jelly for dressing wounds, burns, skin diseases, chapped hands. sore lips, chilblains, piles, &c., in Class No. 6, Chemicals, medicines, and pharmaceutical preparations. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since about January 1, 1914. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. THE PURITAN DRUG MFG. CO., By 0. C. MANLY, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the president of the ,cor- poration, the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other per- son, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his lmowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing pre- sented truly represent the trade,-mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods. , O.
