Be it known that the BRANDMEIR-ROUNDS LUBIBER Co., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Washington, and having its principal place oft business at T110 Henry Building, in the city of Seattle, in the county of King and State of WVashing- ton, has adopted for its use the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for lumber, shingles, and laths, in Class 12, Con- struction material. The trademark has been continuously used in its business since November 15, 1919. _ The mark is applied to the goods by print- ing or stenciling thereon the trademark as shown. No claim is made to the words “Brand- meir,” “Rounds,” “Lumber,” “Shingles,” and “Pacific Coast” aside from the mark shown in the drawing. BRANDMEIR-ROUNDS LUMBER CO., By HENRY A. BRANDMEIR, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is a member of the corporation, the applicant named in the statement 'iiled June 29, 1920, Serial No. 134:,345; that he believes the said statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered-; that no other person, firm, cor- poration, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near re- semblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States ofthe United States; that the descrip- t-ion and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
