A Be it known that THE HARDRIGHT COM- PANY, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, and located and doing business in Belleville, county of Essex, and State of New Jersey, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for lather- brushes, in Class No. 29, Brooms, brushes, and dusters. The trademark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since Feb- ruary Qnd, 1920. t The trademark is applied or aiiixed to the goods or to the packages containing the same by stamping the trademark on the goods, or by inclosing therewith a printed taff on which the trademark is shown or by a§Xing to the container a printed label on which the trademark is shown. GOODMAN, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is the president of the corporation, the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes the forego- ing statementis true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trademark sought to be registered; that no other per- son,-firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trademark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trademark is used by said corporation in commerce amon the several States of the United States, and between the United States and foreign na- tions or Indian tribes; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trademark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trademark as actu- ally used upon the Goods. ~ GEOTRGE E.
