T 0 aZZ /whom it may concern' Be it known that the TEMTOR CORN & FRUIT PRODUCTS Co., a corporation duly or- ganized under the laws of the State of Illi~ nois, and having its main office and doing business at Seventh and Locust streets, in the city of St. Louis, State of Missouri, and in South Fort Smith, Arkansas, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the ac~ companying drawing, for stock feed or sweet feed, in Class No. 46, Foods and ingredients of foods. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation and its predecessor, Best-Clymer Manufacturing Co., since 1916. The trade-mark is applied to the packages containing the goods by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown, or by imprinting the mark on the packages containing the goods. CLYDIER, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the president of the cor- poration, the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the mark sought to be registered; that no other firm, corpora- tion, association or person, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resem- blance thereto as might be calculated to de- ceive; that said mark is used by said cor- poration in commerce among the several States of the Unted States; that the descrip~ tion and drawing presented truly represent the mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the mark as actually used upon the goods.
