To all whom it may concern: Be it known that the IVOVEN DowN Dusrniz COBIPANY, a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Illinois, and having its principal place of business at 555 “Test Monroestreet, in the city of Chicago, countypof Cook, in said State, has adopted and used the trade- mark shown in the accompanying drawings, for clusters-namely, dust-brushes-in Class 29, Brooms, brushes, and dusters. 1 The trade-mark has been continuously used by said corporation since Sept. 24, 1889. The trademark is applied or affixed to the goods, by printing the mark on the paper carton containing the article. , [n s.] WOVEN DOWN DUSTER COMPANY, By W. R. VOSBURGH, , Secretary. _ ` _ DECLARATION. ` State of Illinois, county of Cook, ss. W. R. VOSBURGH, being first duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the secretary of the WOVEN DOWN DUSTER COMPANY, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered; that no other person, firm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade- mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resem- blance thereto as might be calculated to de- ceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the descrip- tion and drawings presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered, and that the facsimile shows the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods; and that the mark has been in actual use as a trade-mark of the applicant since September 24th, 1889, and to the best of his knowledge and belief such use has been exclusive.
