To call whom it may conoerm Be it known that Wnsrnm WALLBOARD Co., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Washington, and lo- cated in the city of Seattle, county of King, in said State, and doing business at No. 4527 Ninth avenue south, in the city of Seattle, State of Washington, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accom- panying drawing, for wall-board, in Class No. 12, Construction materials. The trade-mark has been continuously used v in the business of said corporation since De- cember 15, 1910. e The trade-mark is applied or aiiixedito the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by stamping or placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. HERZBERG, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the treasurer of the corporation, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation to be the owner of the mark sought to be registered; that no other person, iirm, corporation, or asso- ciation, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said mark in the United States of America, on merchan- dise of the same descriptive properties as those recited in the foregoing statement; that said mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the mark sought to be registered; that the specimens show the mark as actually used upon the goods; and that the mark has been in bona #cle use for not less than one year in inter- state or foreign commerce by the applicant or its predecessors in business.
