T 0 all whom it mag/ oonoeww Be it known that RENOVITE CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the State of New York, located and doing business at 7 Pine street, in the city, county, and State of New York, has heretofore adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for dried, ready-mixed, and paste paints; varnish, prepared shellac, and paint, varnish, and shellac remover, comprised in Class 16, Paints and painters’ materials. The trade-mark has been continuouslyused in applicant’s business and in the business of applicant’s predecessors since March 24th, 1921. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods by means of labels bearing this trade mark or by printing or impressing the same directly on the goods and in divers other RENOVITE CORPORATION, By YVM. LONG, being duly sworn, deposes and says he is the secretary of the RENO- vrrn CORPORATION, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes that the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge or belief, has a right to use said trade- mark, either in the identical form, or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that the said trade- mark is used by the applicant in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the drawing presented truly represents the trade-mark sought to be reg- istered and that the specimens show the trade-mark is actually used upon the goods.
