STATEMENT. _ ~ To all whom it may concern: Be it known that BRAGER Bnos., a co- partnership consisting of MAX L. BRAGER, a citizen of Russia, and REUBEN BRAGER, a citizen of the United States, and residents of New York city, county and State of New York, and doing business under the name of BRAGER Bros., at 425 Broadway, in said city, have adopted for their use the trade- mark shown in the accom anying drawing, for Gar1nent~Hangers, in (glass No. 50, Mer- chandise not otherwise classified. This trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said BRAGER Bnos. since February, 1920. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods or package containing the same by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. BRAGER BROS. MAX LOUIS BRAGER, REUBEN BRAGER, M embers of the Uopartnm-ship. BRAGERACK State of New York, county of New York, ss. MAX L. BRAGER and REUBEN BRAGER, be- ing duly sworn, depose and say that they compose the co-partnership BRAGER Bros., the applicant named in the foregoing state- ment; that they believe the foregoing state- ment is true; that they believe said co-part- nership to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no- otherper- son, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of their knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark, either in the identical form or in any such near resem- blance thereto as might be calculated to de- ceive; that said trade-mark is used by said applicant in commerce among the several States of the United States, and between the United States and foreign nations or Indian tribes; and, particularly with New Jersey; that the drawing presented truly represents the trade-mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the mark as actually used upon the goods.
