Be it known that lf, .ABRAHAIVI LINCOLN FRAME, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Reading, county of Berks, State of Pennsylvania, and’ doing business and trading as GRAY IRON FOUN- DRY Co. at West Green and Tulpehocken streets, Reading, Pennsylvania, have adopt- ed and used the trademark shown in the ac- companying drawing, for concrete-mixers, or concrete-mixing machines, or concrete- mixing apparatus, in Class NO. 23, Cutlery, machinery, and tools, and parts thereof. The trade mark has been continuously used in my business since J an. lst, 1919. The trade mark is applied or aflixed to the articles or goods by placing thereon a plate on which the trade mark is shown stamped, printed, impressed or otherwise displayed. ABRAHAM LINCOLN FRAME. KEYSTO NE State of Pennsylvania, county of Berks, ss. ABRAHAM LINCOLN FRABIE, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the appli- cant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes himself to be the owner of the trade mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, or corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade mark is used by him in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented, truly represent the trade mark sought to be registered; and that the fac- similes show the trade mark as actually used upon the goods.
