YOUNG, being duly sworn, deposes and says he is the president of the PATRICK- YOUNG Co., the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes that the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation to be the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge or belief, has a right to use said trade-mark, either in the identical form,” or in any such near resem- hlance thereto as might be calculated to de- ceive; that the said trade-mark is used by the applicant in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the draw~ ing presented truly represents the _trade- mark sought to be registered and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods. , A.
